Engr. Reginald Onyenobi is the Chief Executive Officer and Head Project Coordinator. He obtained his full Technological Certificate on Mechanical Engineering (HND equivalent) from City & Guilds of London Institute. He is a chief engineer, class one from Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron and International Merchant Marine of Belize South America and post graduate diploma in journalism from Times Journalism Institute.
He has also attended several proficiency courses in maritime related fields. Among them are:
- Certificate of Professional Competency in Class Surveyor from Lloyd’s Maritime Institute London,
- Certificate of Professional Competency in ISM, MLC & ISPS Maritime lead auditor from Lloyd’s Maritime Institute London
He also attended St. Gregory’s College Lagos and graduated in 1983. Engr. Reginald Onyenobi has over 40 Years Sea going experience and over 20 years as a chief engineer in ocean going vessels and technical/marine superintendent in various organizations
One of core areas he specialized is in dry docking consultancy and maritime auditing. He has dry docking experience on several vessels both in Nigerian major docks and West African sub region.
He also worked in key areas as DPA & CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER, by implementing company’s policy on ISM, ISPS & MLC and marine warranty survey.

He is a Senior Naval & Marine Constructor, Marine Engineer with over 17 years’ experience in ship design; Auto Power Software user of many years, consulting and project management in shipbuilding & Ship repairs; complemented by technical Education and business management qualifications. His expertise includes concept design; Ships Powering, Load Chart Calculations and Generator estimations; Gearbox and Shaft Calculations including Design; Boat Construction and Survey, Intact and damage stability; Slipway construction including new build and a marine surveyor.
He graduated from Anambra State University of Science and Technology (ASUTech) in 1990 with a Second Class Upper Division in Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) major in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, he later obtain Master (MEng) degree in Instrumentation from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) in 1995. . In 2005 I proceeded to University College London (UCL London)under Nigerian Navy sponsorship where he obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marine engineering.
